Accuracy & editorial policy
Money facts get the strictest treatment on this site. Tuition is shown as the school publishes it — a range stays a range, never an invented midpoint — always with its period, its school year, and its source. A school that does not publish tuition shows "Tuition not published — ask", never an estimate.
Funding acceptance is recorded per program, never as a blanket "ESA: yes". A school may accept one state program and not another, through a specific platform, and that status changes yearly. The wording on every funding line is "school reports accepting [program] — verified [date]", and the official check is always your own program account.
Legal category is shown as the school and state describe it — private school, homeschool-law program, charter, enrichment centre — because a family’s obligations and funding eligibility depend on it. It is a fact to confirm with your state, not a label we assign.
What we will not publish
- A claim with no named source and no date.
- Reviews, testimonials, or endorsements we cannot attribute to a real, checkable origin — so, none at all.
- Named individual "experts" or authors who do not exist. This site is run by its operator (see About), and pages say so.
- A hub page for a city or category too thin to be useful — thin hubs are simply not generated.
Corrections are handled under the corrections policy and logged publicly on each listing.
